1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number to monitor its journey in real-time.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.98.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

To maintain the highest standards of quality and product availability, we dispatch orders from our strategic regional distribution centers.

  • United States: 7–12 business days.

  • Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days.

  • Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8–15 business days.

  • Note: These are estimated timeframes. While we strive for punctuality, delivery may occasionally be affected by external factors such as customs clearance or local carrier schedules.

4. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can follow your package’s progress via our [Track Your Order] page or directly through the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LitoDesk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@litodesk.com with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us a photo within 72 hours of delivery

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement immediately

  Lost or Stolen Packages

LitoDesk is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) immediately to file a claim.

We will provide you with all necessary tracking information to assist your claim, but we cannot grant refunds for items successfully delivered to the address provided.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delivery failures due to address errors.
